Svenska Rugbyförbundet söker 2 st RDO (Regional Development Officers), 1 till Väst och 1 till Syd. Arbetsinsatsen beräknas till 200 timmar/år (snitt 4 tim/v) och ersättningen är ett halvt basbelopp + utgifter.

To go forwards Sweden Rugby seek regional development officers in the South and West regions with the enthusiasm, skills and determination to develop rugby within the region. 

 

Working under the Development Manager and working 200 hours per year your objectives and goals include:- 


Facilitation and deliver of the National School Competition within the region.
Provide assistance to the Club Development Officers to enable them to develop rugby within their club
Support the delivery of regional activities (conferences and academies)
Finding local funding to enhance RDO positions
 

To succeed in this role applicants will need to be able to demonstrate:-


Experience of working in rugby in a club / school environment
Coaching experience (Level 1 minimum)
Knowledge and experience of sports development
High levels of organisation and personal skills
Enthusiasm for the game of rugby
Ability to work as part of a team
 

The time commitment of these positions is variable, depending on the need of the region, though some evening and weekend work may be needed as required.
